Sarah Landry
Hi! My name is Sarah Landry. I am the owner and Speech-Language Pathologist for Talk Blossom. I provide play based treatment in children’s natural environments (including their homes, daycares or preschools). I’ve always had a love of early intervention- not only do I get to help children improve their communication skills, but I get to play while doing it! I’m always amazed at all the skills that tiny people can learn…all while having fun.
I obtained a Master's degree in Communicative Disorders and hold and maintain the Clinical Competence Credential from ASHA (American Speech-Hearing Association) as well as an Idaho State License in Speech-Language Pathology. I have a passion for early intervention and constantly stay informed regarding new and pertinent therapy approaches. I have over 15 years of experience in the field.
I understand that therapy works best when paired with parent involvement. By working with children and their families, I am able to help parents/caregivers develop a deeper understanding of their child's struggles. One of my greatest joys is to help parents and their children ease the day to day frustrations due to lack of communication.
Some of my other joys include spending time with my husband and 9 year old son. We love spending time outdoors: gardening, biking, snowshoeing and playing by the river. I’d also consider myself mildly crafty and a foodie to my core!
Rachel Yeggy
Hi, my name is Rachel Yeggy. I have been a pediatric speech-language pathologist since graduating with my masters degree from Idaho State University in 2017. I previously worked in a pediatric clinic and have since made the switch to providing home-health services in order to work more closely with families and children in their natural environment. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with young children in early intervention and believe children learn the most in their own homes and when having fun! In addition to early intervention, I also have a special interest in treating orofacial myofunctional disorders, such as tongue thrust, thumb sucking, abnormal tongue/lip rest posture, etc.
Originally from Oregon, I have resided in Boise since 2006. I enjoy a variety of activities including camping, 4-wheeling, cooking, and photography. Most of all, I love snuggling with my two golden-doodle puppies and spending time with my husband.
